Hairpin Net Shot
　　Shot made from below and very close to the net with the shuttle rising,
just clearing the net, and then dropping sharply down the other side. The
shuttle flight approximates the shape of a hairpin.
　　是指在网的附近發球，稍高于球网，然后突然落在對方的場地上。

Kill
　　Fast, downward shot that cannot be returned.

Net Shot
　　 Shot hit from the forecourt that just clears the net and drops sharply.

usually from net or midcourt to the opponent.

　　 Official name for the object that players hit.

Smash
　　Hard-hit overhead shot that forces the shuttle sharply downward.
